“Man is a mystery. It needs to be unravelled, and if you spend your whole life unravelling it, don’t say that you’ve wasted time. I am studying that mystery because I want to be a human being.”

I am a marriage and family therapist pursuing licensure, with a practice in Roseville, MN. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I value understanding my client’s perspectives and life experiences, listening with compassion and discernment, and asking questions that enable meaningful discovery. Together we can understand what is causing you distress or keeping you stuck so change can take place, whether that is individually or relationally. I seek to create an atmosphere of grace as we walk through your greatest challenges and heartaches with care.

Background

I received my undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Bethel University and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. I love spending time with my children, reading great lit, and having impassioned exchanges of ideas.

I am a committed Christian and it is my sincere conviction that healing (in all its forms) overflows from the heart and hands of God, who longs to see us whole. I am happy to meet with clients of all beliefs, including those who have religious trauma.
